Your socials, run properly, every week.

Not a posting service. The calendar, the writing, the scheduling, the replies and the honest monthly read on what worked, handled by people who do this all day.

What it is

One approval a month, then it just happens.

The reason most small business social media fails is not talent. It is that posting is the first thing to fall off a busy week, every week, forever. The value here is consistency you do not have to personally maintain.

You get a calendar for the month ahead. You look at it once, change what you want, and approve it. After that we write, schedule, publish and watch it, and you get on with running the business.

It is your voice, not ours. Part of the setup work is writing down how your business talks so the posts sound like you on a good day rather than like a marketing department that has never met you.

Included

What running your socials means here.

Everything below is part of the work, not an upsell after you have signed. If something is not on this list, ask before you assume it is covered.

  • A monthly content calendarplanned around what is actually happening in your business.
  • Copy written for youin your tone, not lifted from a template.
  • Scheduling and publishingon every platform you actually use.
  • Design and layoutso the feed reads as one brand rather than a scrapbook.
  • Community managementcomments and messages answered, not left sitting.
  • Trend and timing callswhen jumping on something helps, and when it just looks silly.
  • Monthly reportingin plain English, against the target we agreed at setup.
  • One point of contactAmanda. Not a ticket queue.

What it deliberately is not

  • Volume for the sake of it. Five good posts beat twenty filler ones and cost you less.
  • Follower farming. Bought reach does not walk into your business.
  • A set and forget package. If it stops working we change it, and tell you why.

How it runs

How a month runs.

  1. Week four, prior month

    The plan

We draft the month ahead around what is real: an event, a new hire, a busy season, a product that needs shifting.

  2. Two days

    Your approval

You read it once and change whatever you want. Nothing goes out that you have not seen.

  3. All month

    We run it

Written, designed, scheduled, published. Comments and messages handled as they come in.

  4. Ongoing

    We adjust

If something lands unusually well we chase it that week rather than waiting for the next calendar.

  5. Month end

    The honest read

What worked, what did not, and what we are changing. Including the months where the answer is less than you hoped.

The calendar is not theory. It is built from what is actually happening in the business.
Consistency beats brilliance. The business that posts well every week for a year wins against the one that posts brilliantly twice.

Honest fit

Who this actually suits.

We would rather lose the job than take one we cannot do well. If you are on the right-hand list, say so on the call and we will point you somewhere better.

A good fit if

  • You know you should be posting and it keeps not happening.
  • Someone internal is doing it on top of their real job and it shows.
  • You have content sitting on a phone that has never been used.
  • Your competitors look more active than they are and it is costing you.

Probably not yet if

  • You want the cheapest possible posting and nothing else.
  • You want to approve every single post individually before it goes out.
  • You are not willing to be in front of a camera or supply anything about the business.

Questions

The things people actually ask.

Which platforms do you cover?

The ones your buyers are actually on. For most of our clients that is Facebook and Instagram, sometimes LinkedIn, occasionally TikTok. We would rather run two properly than six badly, and we will tell you if a platform is a waste of your money.

Where does the content come from?

A mix. Some is shot on a production day, some comes from your phone, some we write and design from scratch. Part of the first month is working out what you can realistically supply so the calendar is not built on a promise you cannot keep.

Do we have to approve everything?

You approve the calendar, not every individual post. That is the trade that makes this work. If you need post-by-post sign-off we can do it, but it slows everything down and you should know that going in.

What if it is not working?

You will hear it from us before you notice it yourself. That is the point of agreeing one target at setup: it makes the conversation about the number rather than about who feels good about the posts.

What is stopping you posting now?

Then this is exactly the job. One approval a month and it runs without you.
