Case studies

We don't just talk about results.

Five years of work across very different sectors. Here is what each business walked in with, what we put in place, and what actually changed.

Sectors Five written upPlus allied health, legal and trades
Longest Multi-yearSeveral clients from the first year
Work covers All six servicesRarely just one of them
Figures On requestReal numbers, not website ones

The work

Five rooms, five very different problems.

The service mix changes completely by sector. What does not change is that somebody has to hold the whole thing together, which is the job we are actually doing.

NDIS provider

Growth without a compliance scare

The problem

Marketing was happening in the gaps between shifts, and saying the wrong thing publicly was a genuine risk.

What we did

  • Wording agreed to the rules
  • Multi-provider social
  • Enquiries answered
Same day
Enquiry replies, weekends included
Nil
Posts pulled back over wording

What they walked in with

Participant trust, referral partners and a rulebook most marketers have never read. There was a real fear of saying the wrong thing publicly.

What we did

  • Agreed the wording against the rules up front, so nothing went out that had to be walked back.
  • Ran setup and social media management across multiple providers at once, each in its own voice.
  • Took over enquiry handling, including the weekends they were losing leads on.
  • Worked with the compliance side rather than around it.

Still true Compliance is not a constraint we work around. It is the reason providers stay with us.

Wellness & essential oils

A loved product nobody stopped for

The problem

Every competitor was posting the same bottle on the same linen backdrop.

What we did

  • Honest storytelling
  • Sector-matched influencers
  • Community-led social
100%
Imagery shot for them, none of it stock
By sector
Influencers matched on fit, not follower count

What they walked in with

A product people love but scroll straight past, in a category where everyone was saying the same thing.

What we did

  • Rebuilt the content around honest storytelling instead of louder claims.
  • Matched influencer partnerships to the sector, not to follower count.
  • Ran community-led social aimed at health-conscious buyers instead of shouting at them.
  • Ran production so the brand had imagery nobody else was using.

Still true Influencer work only pays here when the person genuinely uses it. Paid endorsements read as paid endorsements.

Print & office services

Known by everyone, called by nobody

The problem

A strong reputation, long-standing customers, and no system at all for finding new ones.

What we did

  • Cold calling
  • Follow-up owned
  • Pipeline maintained
Weekly
Outbound call blocks, run by us
Every lead
Followed up, not left in an inbox

What they walked in with

A well-run local business everyone already dealt with and almost nobody thought of first.

What we did

  • Put business development first, then social to back it up.
  • Ran the calls and the follow-up ourselves, not just the campaign.
  • Built a pipeline somebody actually maintained.
  • Took it into targeted digital rather than relying on the shopfront.

Still true In B2B the follow-up call does more than the campaign. It is also the part nobody wants to do.

Finance & sponsorship

A sale that takes months to make

The problem

Trust is the entire purchase, and the marketing was being judged on a monthly report.

What we did

  • Credibility content
  • Sponsorship & networking
  • Quarterly follow-up
Quarterly
Pipeline follow-up, over the real buying cycle
In person
Sponsorship and networking, not just posts

What they walked in with

Buyers who take months, not minutes to decide, in a category where trust is the entire sale.

What we did

  • Built content for credibility rather than reach.
  • Ran professional networking and sponsorship alongside it, in person.
  • Scheduled pipeline follow-up over quarters, not weeks.
  • Reset what the monthly report was allowed to be judged on.

Still true Anyone promising fast results in long-cycle finance has not worked in it.

Beauty

A feed that quietly stopped working

The problem

Last year's playbook had failed in a fast industry, and nobody had told them.

What we did

  • Production days
  • Strategy rebuilt
  • Campaigns with an end date
1 day
On site, a month of content in the can
Fixed
Start and end date on every campaign

What they walked in with

A feed that had been working eighteen months earlier and had quietly stopped.

What we did

  • Ran production days for fresh visual content.
  • Rebuilt the social strategy on what is trending now, not what converted two years ago.
  • Ran campaigns with a defined start and end.
  • Put a review point in, so the next drop-off gets caught early.

Still true What worked last year is the most expensive thing to keep believing in beauty.

These write-ups stay qualitative on purpose. We do not publish client names, revenue figures or percentage lifts on a website, because the ones you see on most agency sites are unverifiable and usually chosen after the fact. Ask on the call and you will get real numbers, with the client's permission, for the sector you are actually in.

On the ground

The part that doesn't fit in a write-up.

Most of what we do never appears in a case study, because it happens on a Tuesday morning at somebody's site with a camera and a run sheet.

Two real ones, straight from the feed. One is a client collaboration shoot on location. The other is raw footage from a TV commercial in production. Neither is stock, and neither was made for this website.

Beyond these five

If your sector isn't listed, it usually just isn't written up.

Allied health, legal and trades are all on the books. The five above are the ones with enough history behind them to say something useful about.

Working in a sector nobody has cracked yet is usually a good sign, not a bad one. Tell us what you are up against and we will say honestly whether we are the right people for it.
